Searching for activities to keep the kids entertained can be like looking for lost booty.

X marks the spot with the Art Alliance’s Art City Austin: a two day Austin-style celebration of art at its finest. The event takes place in the 2nd Street District on April 24th and 25th, with over 190 artists selling unique artwork and local eats. Plus there’s an entire city block devoted to kids’ activities, ranging from creating usable wallets out of magazine clippings, participating in a 10,000+ kid postcard display, scoring henna tattoos and jamming to live music.

All of which you’re sure to treasure.
