You’ve mastered the art of playing both mom and hostess (with the aid of a mother’s helper) and found the perfect combo of hair products for that “I didn’t try, this is my natural post-swimming curl” look.
The only summer party trick that still eludes you? Partaking in the season’s festive drinks while keeping your figure poolside-presentable.
Enter Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka, made with tea from Indonesia, cane from Houston and infused with delish honey. The Texas fam behind Savvy Vodka and Fall Creek Vineyards is making a splash with the all-natural drink – sales raise funds for the preservation of the Deep Eddy swimming hole.
Here, a guilt-free recipe in time for temps to soar.
The Skinny Dip
½ Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka
½ Diet Sprite
Twist of lemon
Serve over ice in a tumbler glass.
Deep Eddy is available at Austin faves Hula Hut, Abel’s on the Lake, Guero’s, Cedar Door, Red’s Porch, Kung Fu Saloon, and The Ranch. It may also be found in select restaurants and liquor stores, including Specs and Twin Liquors, in Austin and other cities throughout the state.
